Bigfoot gunbelts has held me together a long time

This. I have 4, all for different types of attire. One is definitely at least 10 years old (way before Alien Gear started calling them Bigfoot), and it is in excellent condition. That one is worn most, and has been exposed to lots of sweat, sun, etc.

I am a big fan of Hanks Leather Belts. I have one, I can't remember the style but nice full grain leather that I wear every day and have for a few years and it has held up nicely.

Thank you for all the feedback guys, and I had no idea this market is so competitive. It sounds like there are several good options with a couple that guys have more experience with others. The nice thing is the price point seems to be within about $20-30 +/- and most of them are USA made.

I put a lot of weight into good customer service, and it sounds like Beltman is very popular for their product and support.

I'm 6'1, 225 (normally) but I tend to fluctuate 5-7 pounds in either direction depending on the time of year, but jeans, pants, shorts, are always a 36. Do ya'll typically buy up a waist size for IWB holsters and also upsize the belt accordingly or stick with standard waist size? I'm left handed, so I would carry opposite of appendix.

Follow the directions for measurement on the website when you order. Not everyone measures belts the same way. In you're going to carry a holster you get a gun belt. Not a dress belt. And if it's an IWB holster reach out to the maker and they'll talk to you about proper fit. None of the manufacturers listed want you getting buying a belt that doesn't work for you.

I have a beltman with the stiffner and its awesome. TSA hates it....but I love it. When I finally get to one size of belt, I will buy another in elephant hide just because.
TSA picks up the stiffener? Is this with the full body scan? Im pre-check and have never had an issue with the metal detector or the few times I was selected to go through the scan.

I been through TSA 5X this month and they flagged it 2x. Now I make sure it is standing on edge....seems to help.

I'm literally typing this from the airport in Orlando.
