Law folder stock on AR-15 rifle

Trying to interpret ATF/NFA guidelines and I’m struggling.

I stumbled into a law tactical folding adapter. can I run it on a AR-15 rifle without creating an SBR? 14.5” barrel with a pinned flash hider. I’ll probably SBR it soon but I’d like to throw this adapter on now.

I believe it has to maintain a 26" over all length when folded.
