Lathrop & Sons- Great Customer Service

Used the boot fitting package from Lathrop & Sons and they delivered a pair of Lowa Tibets which fit very well. I didn't water test them good before my sheep hunt but discovered on the hunt that the right boot leaked around the heel. Got back home and forgot about it until I started thinking about another hunt. Over a year from the date of purchase, I contacted Stephen and he had me send the original boots back and he sent me a new pair. Just water tested them for thirty minutes and they are still dry inside. Think I am good to go. I wish the Lowa's hadn't leaked but Lathrop made it right. They have my business forever.
