Hey All,

Planning for a two week Alaska Expedition for landscape photography specifically. This will require a large duffle bag to store everything: food, tent, clothing, toiletries, camera gear, extra boots, waders, sleeping bag/pad, etc.

I've been researching completely waterproof duffle bags, and have come across two that are large enough:

1. https://www.buybuffalogear.com/products/150lduffle?variant=42859119247617

2. https://www.ortlieb.com/usa_en/duffle-rs+K13201

Does anyone have experience with either? Looking for something bigger than 100L, and preferably closer to the 150L area.

Part of the trip will involve zodiac boats that will take on a bunch of water.

Any insight or thoughts would be great!

Thanks!

Watershed dry bags are hugely popular in the whitewater rafting world and would be what I'd choose to trust in that situation.

Thanks y'all. There will be periods of time where the bag will be sitting in about a foot of water for a couple hours.

I'm thinking throwing the internal gear into dry bags or trash bags may be helpful too.

Watershed dry bags are awesome. NRS website has them plus options. Bills bag by NRS is a rafting staple. Sotar makes roll top bags as well. Sounds fun!

Thanks y'all. Lots of great recommendations here. Didn't realize there were so many options.
