I have the Lapponia II’s and have really liked them so far. I only put my Crispi Guides on this year for a horseback hunt. I used the Lapponia II’s when hunting elk, deer, antelope and pheasants. Definitely put them through a beating this year so far. I was going to order another pair of Lapponias, but thought about trying the III’s or Lites. Anyone have any experience or thoughts on either of these?

I found this thread searching for feedback on these same two boots. Haven’t been able to find much on either boot.

Just got another pair of the lapps.....this time the III's ........I'll report back as soon as I get some miles on em.
How do you like them?
I’m thinking about either the llls or the lites. How about sizing? Did go down a half size like many others have reported?

I went true to size and I like the fit, with my sheep feet they fit great. I got the lights and love em. I wear them everyday because of their comfort

I have the Lapponia IIIs. I bought them because they came in wide (EEE). After finding an insert that works well for me, they have been great. Prior to that I had some rubbing with the factory insert. Comfortable with no hot spots and solid with respect to being waterproof so far. Used one season and currently using them in rainy Oregon.

I had the Lapponia 2 and now the Lapponia 3. The 3 improved in the lacing and also using a more durable vibram outsole. However, the 2 soles were softer and a little quieter when stalking. I want to try the lites but love the 3’s so much it’s hard to switch to anything else. Btw…I damaged the last on my 3 year old 2’s that were out of warranty. I called Crispi and asked if they could try to repair them. I didn’t mind paying to have them fixed. I shipped them back. A week later I got an email stating they were replacing them free with new Lapponia 3. Unbelievable customer support.
