Wondering what the best app is for primarily deer hunting. Goal is to know land ownership, save potential stand locations on private and public, save deer sign locations, track my scouting trips, and also use out west at times. There are several options what's worked the best for you?

OnX seems to be the primary one that folks out west use.

I've had it for several years and it works well for me. I use it to escout for elk and track activity while elk hunting. I also use it for whitetail hunting in Kansas and Wisconsin.

So, I’ve noticed two things.

While I run onx, spartan forge and hunt stand.

A lot of correct or up to date property lines the apps show are based on the county or townships or wherever it is, it’s based on their ability to update property lines.

With that being said, I have the three apps and the only app that shows the correct updated land boundaries for my farm is spartan forge
Even if the onx ap is a little more user friendly.

OnX has been good for me. Primarily whitetail hunt in multiple states, both private & public, with a couple trips out west. It’s user friendly & gives me the information I need. Onx is constantly trying to add usable features that can be handy. I also have never tried any of the other apps so can’t compare it to anything else
