La Sportiva TX5 GTX

Curious if anyone has tried these out. Look comparable to Salomon Quests but maybe a little narrower and a full rand. Anyone?

I have the TX4 mids and they’re great. I’ve got a wide foot so I sized up half a size. They were tight to begin with but broke in quick. Water proof and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I'm trying the TRK's right now and they're much narrower in the toes compared to 4d's. They're also built on a different last than the tx5.

The TRK's are likely gonna end up in the classifieds.

Right on. Thanks for the info. I am thinking I will pull the trigger on the TX5's soon to replace my Quests. Which have been through the ringer but I get a better deal with la sportive.
