Hey all,
Looking at trying some kyrptek clothing this September chasing Montana elk. I have alot of Sitka gear I have run and really am just interested in expanding my options.

Any reviews or suggestions for warm weather clothing from kyrptek? I have some Valhalla pants and am interested in the chronos hoodie.

IMHO there is no real benefit in buying HIGH dollar warm weather clothes . just get some shorts or light pants for $20 ish .

it is the cold weather gear that matters. when it's wet and windy, ,that's when it's worth paying more to stay warm and comfortable

I'm pretty dialed in as far as cold weather gear goes. Shorts are a no go for me. Get scraped and cut up when going through thick stuff isn't fun. Learned that the hard way a few times. Plus add a little sunburn in there.

Look into the Valhalla top and bottom. Been running them on elk hunts in early season and have a few snags but nothing bad. For a top I prefer to run their lightest merino long sleep as it keeps my stench to a very bare minimum at best! The Alaios pant is another good option, more durability and does perform great in the heat.
