Kuiu Warranty

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kuiu on their warranty. I had a pair of Yukon gaiters I have had a few years that the snaps broke on. I sent some pictures of the damage to their warranty department and they contacted me and had a new pair coming my way in a few hours! Great service and really nice to see a company stand behind their products.

I had great service from their warranty department as well. The zipper coil on a pair of pants separated from the tape. They did not have the right size and color in stock, but I had store credit for the price of a new pair by the end of the day.

I broke 3 kuiu frames on their packs and they replaced them all. Then I switched to a Kifaru

Had great service also Velcro separated from shoulder straps on my ultra pack. A few pictures and warranty form and they sent new ones within the week.

I had what I can only assume to be defective Yukon and Chugach raingear. Left me saturated while still hunting after a few hours in light rain despite following their care instructions to the "T." Kuiu customer service first tried to tell me I must have been sweating underneath my raingear.... After I sent in my items they changed their tune, and replaced everything, which I quickly sold and went back to 3l gore tex.

Kuiu replaced my Yukon rain jacket after several years of use. It started leaking slightly at the seems on the shoulders. They stand behind the products longer than most high end manufactures. I will be buy more of their gear in the future because of this.
