Kuiu Venture 1800 gunbearer?

With the 50% sale price, I'm looking really hard at one of these as a lightweight, whitetail day pack. It seems like it ticks all the right boxes, but I have a question:

Is there room on the belt to use a Kifaru Gunbearer?

I started using one a few years ago & I couldn't bear to have another pack without one.

You'd have to sew some molle onto the waist belt to use the gun bearer.
EDIT - should work with the universal gun bearer, no sewing needed.

I picked up the venture 2300, it just arrived today. Good buy for the price I think

I was thinking more about the Universal that straps around the belt, as opposed to the Molle version.

If I could find a 2300 for the price of the 1800, I'd buy one in a heartbeat & figure it out!

Ah, I'm dumb, didnt realize they made a universal. It looks like it should fit just behind the hip belt pouches on either side.

Oh man, that's awesome! Thanks for the photo. Kuiu's site makes it look like the pocket joins into the body.
