Does this pack have the 2 big side pockets and the horse shoe zipper?

It does not, the ultra bag has a front pocket and side zipper to access the contents of the main bag.

This is for the older Kuiu frame? I have an ultra 3000 and just want a bigger bag. I’ll take it, bloody and all if the bag fits my frame.
