With the recent sale, my wife ordered a Chugach NX rain jacket to try out. She ordered a medium as that is what usually fits her in men's stuff. Surprisingly, it's way too big for her. In fact, it actually fits me in the shoulders and arms and I could even zip it up (tightly) over a T-shirt and my fat belly. I usually wear a XL-XXL. I'm just amazed at the odd sizing. How do any of you smaller guys fit in this stuff? Nothing offered in Small?

It is designed to fit over layers. Even more so with the Yukon to fit over heavy layers. I went a size down on the Yukon but the Chugach fits about right over my layers. Unfortunately I do not think they are trying to capture the female market.

No smalls. Talked to Jason at the hunt expo and there was no interest in having a female line or even small sizes.

Yeah, I get sizing it for layering but for me to fit in a Medium just seems like it's account for quite a bit of layering and I'd thing a smaller guy would be swimming in the thing if they just had to put it on over just a shirt.

That's too bad. I understand they'd probably not have the market interest to support a full "women's" line but some sizing options below medium would be nice I'd think. Hell, Kifaru offers an XS belt for their packs. I can't imagine smaller, thin framed people fitting in these mediums.
