Kuiu pro vs k3

For me, I liked the K3 frame but prefer the KUIU bags. I have packed several elk in my Kuiu and had no issues. A 100-lbs sucks in any pack.

I have had both. The Kuiu was amazing until I knew what I was missing. I then couldn’t even stand the Kuiu with just day essentials. The Exo fits and carries on a different level than the Kuiu. However, whichever one fits you and you like is the best.

from a gear builders standpoint the ergonomics of the EXO frame just makes sense on every level compared to the plywood flat kuiu carbon frame.

It’s like a holster. What works for me, may not be ideal for you.

I now have a K3. Bought here used.
Been running the old Kuiu ultra 3000 for years. I will see which one my back prefers before the season. Kuiu did warranty their old ultra belt which was starting to come apart. Looks like the new pro version.



All this stuff fall apart when used as it should be.

Both Kuiu and EXO stood behind their products, this is my gut pile from both.

IDK, I have worn out a lot of pack parts, but never the Velcro attachment points.
