Kuiu Pro Side Pocket Installation

I purchased a Kuiu pro 3600 pack setup on cyber monday (350 bucks shipped, heck ya!). While likely not the best pack on the market, it was a big upgrade for me and Im very happy about the purchase.

One thing that I have a question on, I bought the two side accessory pouch upgrades and cannot figure out how they attach. This is going to sound weird unless you own the pack. Does the pouches slide completely over the belt, or do you remove the velcro, slide it through and secure? They dont seem to be large enough to slide over the whole belt, and when I just attach it to just the velcro band they are floppy. I feel like this should be easy to figure out, but I just can seem to.

The pouches slide completely over the belt and then velcro down to the outside of the belt so they don't move. Hopefully someone here can post a pic for you.

As posted above they slide over the entire belt. You have to work them on a bit but they do end up fitting great. One tip is keep your hand between the Velcro on pouch and Velcro on the belt until you get it slide into place.
Also note there is a right and left side designated pouch. Congrats on the new pack. I’m sure you will love it.
