Kuiu jacket fit question

I bought a strongfleece 280 in a large and chugach in XL not to long ago, I was just curious if the jackets stretch or break in with a few washes. The body sections fit good, the forearms and pretty snug though. Im 5'10 195lbs for reference.

If in question, go a size up. They seem to run just a bit to the snug side.
