I have a 3200 and 5200 so I don't need this one anymore. Comes with everything in the pics so you can use without a frame if you wish. Shoulder straps are not included. There are no tears or stains. Suspension straps that attach to top of your frame are showing some wear but replaceable. I did use this quite a bit but I just don't see any imperfections on it other than those two straps I mentioned but they're detachable and replaceable
