Kuiu Icon 1850 w Carbon Frame - excellent condition

2013 KUIU Icon 1850 pack bag, FRAME, and hip belt pouch. Bought new and still in excellent condition, shows very little wear. No rips, runs, stains, smells, etc. A few of the plastic zipper pulls have been replaced with a braided nylon cord. The waist belt has been trimmed to remove excess, and will still accommodate a larger waist, but now there is less extra strap swinging around in front of you when cinched tight. I have an unaltered KUIU Vias camo hipbelt included as well if you care for the original size belt...

Two belts included. One trimmed (still fits my 44 waist ) and the other unaltered. Pretty sure it's large.

I am curious if there is a big difference in comfort (not just weight) with the Icon Pro 1850 when the carbon frame is removed? I would not need to use it as a heavy duty pack mule - thanks.

The carbon frame is so light it wouldn't make a huge difference to keep or remove it. It's extremely lightweight.

The shoulder straps and waist belt attach to the frame. You would have to do some creative thinking to make it work.
This is a great deal. If I didn't have the exact set up, I'd take it

nope wrong you can use the 1850 with out the frame and still use straps and belt
