Just FYI- what I think you have there is a discontinued Ultra NX rain jacket, not a Chugach.
I own both. Original Verde Chugach did have hand pockets and put zips.
My NX in Vias only hand cuff straps and waist cord no other features just like yours. Also had the DermNX logo on front.
