Kuiu Guide Jacket Sizing?

Just wanted to know how the Guide Jackets fit? I'm 5'9" and 200 lbs with average size arms and torso. Should I go L or XL?

A large fits me perfect 5'10" 185.If you plan on layering definitely go with a XL

those jackets are cut for performing in a 80-s metal band. id go with the XL .LOL

The large fits me great..I'm 6'1 175.

I normally wear a 2xl but I had to bump up to 3xl for the Guide jacket. I like my jackets a bit more roomy. 2xl Fit just felt to tight in the chest.

I am 6ft 185lbs and I have a large. I can layer my FL puffy under mine perfectly and not feel constricted

I'm 5'9" 190 and I would say the large fit everywhere but the shoulders. Felt like I couldn't rotate my arm or layer at all as the armpits were too high for me and shoulders extremely tight. Almost felt like someone was trying to pick me up under my arm pits. I just returned it and did not exchange size.

Its funny how personel fit is since there are 5'9" to 6'1" within 35 lbs and some fit while some don't, couldn't imagine even trying to put a FL puffy under my guide jacket and not feel compressed.

But thats why I returned it and others have kept theirs.
