Kuiu Fit

I am looking to pick up a pair of Kuiu Kutana pants and am wondering how they fit. The only pair of Kuiu pants I have are Chinooks, I believe, and they are a touch big in 34 waist. They aren’t so big to be a deal breaker, but I am curious if I should go to a 32 in the Kutana. 34 in Eddie Bauer guide pro almost fall off of me, and 33 in jeans (wrangler) are usually perfect. I have read that the Kutanas are skinny in the thighs, but I have chicken legs, so not majorly concerned there. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

I always size up on kuiu tops, for what that is worth.

The legs on the Kutanas are a bit more of a slim fit than a lot of other Kuiu pants, but I would also note that the Kutanas tend to stretch out more when wearing them for multiple days then, say, the Attacks, and can get pretty baggy in the waist. For that reason, I prefer them to fit a little tighter.

I have the attacks, tiburons, and Talus Hybrid, I’m in between on all of them. 32 or 34. The tiburons in 34 are way too big for me and the talus fit almost perfect in 34. If you plan on layering go to closest size up if you’re in between. I prefer my early season stuff like attack and tiburon to fit a little tighter so I tend to go to 32s for early season stuff and 34s on late season pants.
