I have this version of the SuperDown along with the newer Ultra version and feel that this version is much warmer and more wind resistant.

What do you think of the cuffs on wrists? And pocket location? I know that’s random, but those are the only other things I’ve seen people have an opinion on between the two versions.

Personally I like the non elastic cuffs on the old version and the pockets sit about 2” higher on the newer version. If you have T Rex arms the newer version pockets would suit you, but not me.

You guys are making me reconsider selling this! It won't fit me (I've got the exact same jacket in XL), as my son (who I was saving this for) has grown to the point of needing XL or bigger. But there's always still a chance my wife would wear it....
