Sale items and the outlet store are two different things.

Buying on sale and buying from the outlet are 2 different things. Either way, it’s still disappointing that Kuiu won’t cover outlet items under warranty.

Right. There are zero notations either on the Outlet page nor on the warranty page to say they don't cover outlet stuff. It's shady AF. I don't do business with shady businesses.

Can you show us all exactly where on Kuiu's website it states that Outlet items do not have a warranty? Not returnable is not remotely the same as "no warranty, you are on your own. Good luck sucker."

Folks should read the details on their site. Would not be a surprise is other companies had similar verbiage.

You cannot sell Kuiu product to anyone that you do not know...
The reselling of any KUIU products is prohibited. All products sold to you by KUIU are provided for your use only (unless otherwise specifically stated or approved) and you agree not to reproduce, replicate, sell, transfer, trade, resell, distribute or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes any such products through any means or channels, including physical marketplaces, online marketplaces, websites, webstores and any other online channels.
