KUIU Chugach fit?

First time ordering nice rain gear. For reference I’m 6’2” 180~ pounds and this is an XL. My other KUIU stuff is XL and is slightly long but larges seem to be too short. Sleeves are a little longer but easily fixable with the Velcro, plus I’d want my sleeves longer than everything else to prevent the edges of the clothes below getting wet. The length feels really big or is rain gear supposed to sit this low? I threw my SG puffy on over my t-shirt and felt i could still add a few mid layers. Thanks!
