Can't find much on the pro pant even though its been out for a bit now. Anyone have any opinions? Is it worth the extra 40 bucks over the plain old attack?

I have a pair. Did a bit of a side by side but haven’t really worn them yet.

Based on a comparison with a 2-year old set of attacks, they have knee pads and a slightly slimmer fit. A few other small tweaks but nothing I would really call a game changer.

Not sure if you use your pants for non hunting but those knee pads are hard to miss. Makes wearing them as casual pants a bit odd.

I just posted a few days ago asking the same question. One of the main differences I've heard is the Pro is more pick resistant then then Attack as that was one of the main complaints with the Attacks.

I have both versions. The Pro pants are more pick resistant, have nice quality knee pads and are made of a different material. I definitely like both and depending on what I am doing is how i choose which pant to take. If i may be stalking or need to more stealthy, i take the Pro pants with the knees pads. if i am glassing and hunting open country without much brush i take the regular attacks. Both are great pants and I do feel the Pro Pants are worth having.

How tall are you and where do the knee pads hit?

I am 5'10" and wear a 32 waist. When you first put the Pro Pants on it will feel that the knee pads sit too low. But as soon as you kneel down they are perfect. they placed them just right.
Good to hear. I'm 5'8" so they will hit a little lower. I'll be looking at the Talus also so I assume they will be about the same.
