Kuiu attack pant sizing

I lost some weight and just purchased 34R attack pants. They are slightly loose. To have them fit snug I can fold over the waist line about 1.5". Would a 32" work better? The 34" for ok, just need to cinch the belt down a little. A 33" would be just about right I think.

The 32 might fit your waist better but how do the 34s fit your legs? The 32s might be to tight in the legs. I prefer to run the attacks a little loose especially if you are gonna run a base layer under them.
