Kryptek warranty

Just to give a heads up to people on here. I bought a Kryprek piece off of camofire back in February. The piece I bought had a problem so I submitted a warranty claim. They say they have a 1 year warranty. I got a response from them pretty quickly. They told me they dont warranty anything purchased from a discount website. I replied to them that I thought the product was warrantied not where it was purchased. They did not respond. I will not be buying anything more from Kryptek.

That’s messed up. I would contact black ovis I believe they own camofire and tell them what’s going on. I have heard they have great customer service.

Camofire might take care of it. They do have good customer service. Im really not concerned with getting it replaced. That piece was not very expensive. I really just wanted others to know about them not standing behind their product. We spend a lot of money on gear and I want to deal with a company who stands behind what they sell.

I don’t see what the difference is between a discount website and a clearance sale from a regular website. I was looking at getting some kryptek gear but I think I’ll look elsewhere. I work hard for my money and would be pissed if a company wouldn’t honor its warranty because of where I bought it as long as I bought it new. Look at badlands packs they state on their website we don’t care where you got it we’ll fix it anyway. That is standing behind their product.

Yeah. I know a lot of people on here shop at camofire, including me. We need to try to stretch our dollar. I certainly wont buy any Kryptek.
