I can’t compare it to the others but I have had the non hooded Sherpa since 2012 and it is one of my absolute favorite pieces of clothing. Easily my most used clothing item and is still in great shape. Really should be nothing but threads by now considering how often it has been worn

I have one and a FL halstead, it is a grid fleece and I prefer it over the halstead. It will pile but that does not effect function. Much better cut on it then the FL, it’s probably the only Kryptek item I prefer over my FL comparable item.

I have ran one for 3 years and it is a awesome hoodie.I run it in the mornings in sept with baselayer under. This year I picked up the Sitka core heavy and loved it also but would say it was a good amount warmer than kryptek. The Sitka fits a little better with long arms and torso a size smaller than the kryptek but I do like both. The Sitka for late season and kryptek for earlier.

BJ808, I’m actually selling an XL one right now. I’d say it’s very similar to the Halstead (I have a Sawtooth which is basically a hooded Halstead), but the Sitka Core HW is much heavier. The Sherpa is grid fleece backed. Weight is about the same as a UA performance fabric hoody. Overall, it’s a great hoody though.

Others spoke to the fit and warmth. I'll concur, but will point out that in order to hide the white grid inside the hood, Kryptek opted to double up the camo material on the hood, making it noticeably heavier than the rest of the jacket. That's my only gripe about it.

I have both and both are nice just put on scale Sitka Hw hoodie just under 14oz Sherpa hoodie just over 18oz both pack around the same size for warmth I would say they are real close just picked up another Sherpa for $54 at camofire the other day the large in the Sherpa fits a little looser than the HW Sitka in large $54 was a steal for the Sherpa for reference I am 5'9 165lbs
