Do you know if this will fit a Tikka T3x LA? I'm not sure on the mags.

All tikka actions are the same, so it should work. Not sure on the mags. Depends on what caliber you are running.

Tikka actions and mags have identical outside dimensions regardless of long vs short chamberings. The actions have differentbolt stops. The short action mags just have a spacer built in.

I knew the action was the same length but wasn't sure on the mags. Thank you for clarifying.

@kswaterfowl, what did you use to "backfill" the bolt handle cutout? Also does the stock come with all the OEM hardware, spacers, etc...?

It is jb weld steel stick. I'll have to look, but I have a bunch of stuff that came with it.

Ah, love the JB Weld. I have a jon boat that is held together with it LOL!

Please check on what you have that came with the stock and let me know.

When I look at the KRG website, I see the following options for Tikka inlets. I plan to throw my .25-06 in the chassis, and it doesn't take CTR mags, it takes standard LA mags. I know you guys said the outside magazine specs. are the same, but I'm wondering why KRG discrimnates between AICS and CTR then?

the action is the same but the stock is designed for either an aics short action magazine or a ctr mag, both of which max out around 3” of overall length.

An option for you would be the stockys stock or an eh1 with factory bottom metal and mags.
