Body has some use as pictured, but optics are good to go. Velcro on the side is to hold front cover from flapping in the wind. Can remove if desired. $1000 shipped.

How old is this one?

Kowa is about impossible to age. I called Kowa USA and she had no clue how to tell. I am the second owner and have had it for 2 years. The serial number is in the pic, but I did not have any luck.
