Kowa Genesis 8x33 vs 8.5x44

Interested in these two binoculars. Not sure which would better suite me. Mostly used in the eastern whitetail woods, lots of thick rhododendron. I've read some reviews on the 8x33 but haven't seen much on the 8.5x44.

I have not carried my 8.5x42 el’s since I bought my 8x33 Kowas if that helps. I pack 15x Meopta and carry the Kowa In a small FHF pouch.

I read enough good things about the 8x33 that I called Doug at Cameraland yesterday and ordered one. He offered me a great deal that I couldn't pass up.

Now to figure out which harness to buy.
