Sold Kowa 66s

[sportsmans challenge]

I have a 1 month old kowa 66s straight, body (no eyepiece). I bought it straight from kowa approximately a month ago to be able to take a look and compare side by side with my 774.

I can't really see the difference myself other than in size of package, so I am going to stick with my 77 and pass on the 66 to the rokslide crowd.

I was hoping it was gonna jump out and slap me and I know the glass alone is better for the fluorite, but I was able to read very small writing on electronics on a water tower from both and was looking at details on a mountain top about 2.5 miles away and many things in between and just really didn't see it. Also I don't know that the 66 will hang on as long due to the 11mm less in lens size, not that that cripples me in anyway.

Maybe I am missing it, but that's a bonus for someone else to grab a hold of the deal.
