Kovea adapter on MSR micro

Has anyone used one of these adapters on a micro to use a larger pound bottle?
and did it work?

I have used the adapter with my Primus Micron lantern - works just fine. The threads sit recessed in the adapter and the base of my Soto Windmaster stove is wider than the recess so it won't work with the adapter. I can try to post up some pictures to show what I mean if photobucket will cooperate.

Works great for my micron lantern. Tested it with my msr pocket rocket and it worked great as well.
