I have a like new Kodiak 12x9 cabin tent with the awning enclosure and a custom installed stove jack that would allow the user to run a stove. The awning enclosure allows you to fully enclose the awning/canopy in the event, of inclement weather or as an additional room (cook shack). The stove jack is located on the front left hand side or if you were walking in it would be immediately to your far left. Location doesn’t impede the door or any awnings/windows.

It is a fantastic tent and I have a feeling later on down the road I’ll probably regret selling it. Great tent for hunting especially with one’s family or friends.

Located in San Antonio, TX however, I’ll Colorado Springs from Nov 23rd - Nov 27th.

@RaggedHunter Yeah, I would. I actually have 2. The second is brand new and hasn’t been setup. Stakes are still in the original plastic and everything is in the original configuration as if it came from Kodiak Canvas.

This is the denier polyester enclosure Model #650. Let me know if you’d like an actual picture of the product.

I apologize for my delayed response, I was out of service all weekend. As luck would have it, my wife actually ended up picking up a wall enclosure this weekend. For anyone who has this tent, this is a heck of a price for the wall enclosure, they sell for ~$300 new and are on backorder half the time.
