Kodiak 12x16 Cabin/Lodge tent

Hello, I need to buy a new tent and it must have a sewed in floor(according to wife). I have been looking at the Kodiak 12x16 and the 12x12. I think the 12x12 would end up being too small/tight. So, I was wondering what people’s experience was with the Kodiak 12x16. Also, not interested in the Flex-Bow tents because we want the option of a wood stove. Thanks in advance.

Thanks but the wife likes the style of the Kodiak Cabin. The other style we were looking at was a 5M(16’) Bell tent.
