I've floated 2 sheep and a grizz out in one of these things (not on the same hunts). It's rather terrible to paddle without a current helping and the safety is very very questionable with a heavy pack and a swift current. The only plus side is it packs small, doesn't weigh much and makes hunting buddies laugh the first time they see it blown up.

I carried one around on a hunt and it came in handy on my last day. Earlier in the season my friends and I got quite a laugh when my brother first tested it out. He had watched some videos and decided the way to get in it was to stand with it behind him and then sit down in it. He and the raft flipped right over into the water when he did that.
