King Ranch Lease

Looking for info on a potential lease at the King Ranch. Hoping to get insight from someone who has leased or is leasing before we pull the trigger.

I can't help you but out of curiosity, what are they asking per acre?

A friend of mine is a wildlife biologist and used to manage a 17,000 acre lease on the the King. After 10 years, the ranch decided to turn that 17,000 acre pasture into cotton production and wouldn’t renew the lease. So buyer beware.
