Kimber trigger adjustment how to

Anyone know of a good tutorial on how to adjust a Kimber 84L trigger? Or someone willing to walk me through it? Assuming its easy enough for a rookie.

I think I followed this when I did mine. Pretty much the same as old style rem 700 trigger.

Did you mess with the sear and travel? Can you only adjust the pull weight and not move the others?

I did it all. Unless the kimber triggers have changed (mine is an older one), you should be able to just follow those instructions. I do remember being able to see the sear engagement when adjusting, and it took more turns than stated in that link to get it just right. Should be able to get a real crisp two pounds.

I don’t think I want to mess with that. I thought you could just back out the trigger pull screw to reduce the weight.

You should be able to but would likely end up with more creep. Whole deal takes about 10 minutes.
