Kimber 84M Hunter .257 Bob

I'm really going back and forth on this rifle. I'm about to make a new purchase but have read horror stories about the Kimber 84M Hunter as well as a lot of great reviews. I'm looking at this rifle as well as the Tikka T3X Lite stainless in .25-06. Leaning toward the Kimber just because I want the .257 Bob but don't know if I'm playing Russian Roulette buying one. Anyone have any experience with this gun? If this has been beat to death, I apologize in advance.

While I really love the 257 Roberts, you made a smart decision. You are much less likely to have any issues with the Tikka.

Thanks. I just got it in and put a new Leupold VX3i 3.5-10x40 on it. in DNZ Game Reaper mounts. Got to get it sighted in soon. Our rifle deer season starts in a little less than two weeks.
