Kiln Hoody odor/smell

I purchased a new kiln hoody that has a totally different odor/smell than any of my other F/L garments out of the bag. I have washed it twice in nix wash and can still smell it. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get rid of the odor?

I’ve heard this a couple times. Mine has a faint smell, but it just doesn’t bother me.

I didn't notice any smell, after seeing this I went and got it out to smell it again. No, mine doesn't smell.
