Kifaru

I bought a multicam Mtn Warrior. Looks great, fits great with the tactical frame. I can't imagine anything better for my hunting and hauling needs. It is a damn fine pack.

I just cant get into the MC pattern.
But hey, I used to like ASAT.
:)

I still have a total ASAT outfit, and some of it isn't even FL.

In this pic I am wearing my Kifaru pack and AGC bino harness all in MC with Kuiu in Vias and First Lite in Asat. I am pretty sure I violated numerous fashion laws and most certainly defied odds by getting Kifaru, FL and Kuiu together in harmony.

Wear what you want, watch the wind and keep your movement to a minimum at crunch time.

One of my first elk I was in a white shirt and blue jeans, not a bit of camo
It was archery too, not a 1000 yard shot, but I would never be in kuiu
lol

In elk season, I don't want to wear anything that looks elk tan. So, I base my camo on other colors. The Multicam hides well. I liked the Kryptek patterns, too, but settled on this, and won't look back. Pack color is the least of my worries hunting in the woods.

Cipher and Fusion are OK, but Highlander and the new green/grey Kryptek pattern (is it Alpine?) are my favorites. But I'd never buy a piece of gear based on pattern. I will, however, pay more for gear in the pattern I like if it is available. That said I like having non-matching camo patterns...unfortunately that is getting tougher to do because I keep buying Sitka stuff.
