He says call anytime but I always feel the same way when I call him, like I don't want to bother him. Of course last time I posted that I didn't want to bother him on here, he called me before I was awake the next morning lol.

Are you kidding me? After much debate I decided to call aron when nobody answered the main line. He answered and sounded quiet, I asked if it was a good time and he said he was out doing some scouting!.....and he answered his phone? That seals the deal, answered his phone while he's out scouting and tells me to call him back on a Sunday.....I'm 100% ordering a kifaru if only for customer service

My first phone conversation with Aron was at 4:30am his time ! I generally text him and ask if it's a good time to call.

Btw , he was out hiking in the snow and cold testing the pre production Bikini frame. Anything you buy from Kifaru has been put through the ringer field testing not designed on a computer and made in Asia and field tested on paying customers like some other companies.

Yep he's messaged me while scouting and even Xmas day before. Kifaru has some of the best customer service you will ever encounter. Aron literally lives his job.

Yep, like I said I ordered a pack on service alone! Just finished placing my order, I'm still gonna give him a call tomorrow to ask about a few minor things but I'm getting my pack either way! Probably 2-3 weeks for delivery I'm guessing?

I think they're 3 weeks out now. They used to be 6-8 weeks.

Yeah, I feel the same about calling Aron and have texted him before when I knew he was out hunting asking him to call when he wasn't busy and he called me right back. I don't know how he does it. My dad who owns his own business shuts his phone off when he's on vacation.
