Kifaru moving to Wyoming is a no brainer. Wyoming has NO state income tax compared to Colorado’s 4.63%. From what I’ve read and heard is the pot smoking hippiness is quite overwhelming and it’s damn liberal. Wyoming with no state tax, less people and bleeding red it’s no wonder they want to move.
