Well things have definitely changed over there. I had a small CS issue when they were in Colorado. A quick phone call fixed it and repairs were completed.
I had a feeling when they announced the Scheels launch that things would start going south. Then Synder leaves and that seemed like there was a lot behind the scenes.

@ELKOHUNTER is the frame plastic or metal underneath the material that’s torn? What frame do you have? I have a local Scheels next me, I’ll look at one. My dad has patched a lot of stuff in his days on boat tarps and jeep tops.

Edit: seen it’s a duplex lite. Kifaru has a an assembly video. Looks to be aluminum stays.

I’m 90% sure a good cobbler or someone that can sew can put new tabs on that. If you can’t find someone. PM me

This is a pretty easy fix. The stays are sewn onto the frame via the webbing. The stay can be slid out of the webbing after some minor seam ripping, shaved down via a saw to clear a clean path for a fix it stitch, and placed back in. You would have to shave the stay down in order to clear room for a new stitch. Then you would fold the fabric in with new loops, throw a top stitch on, and bartack over it to re-enforce the loops.

Feel free to contact me if you want it fixed. I don't mind doing it as long as you take care of shipping.
