Hi, I'm wondering about condensation in a Kifaru sawtooth. I'm looking to upgrade to a Sawtooth. Currently I use a golite SL 5 so I'm familiar with floorless tepee type tents and condensation. I'm just wondering if the sawtooth has noticeably more due to no top vent?? Is the liner necessary on backpack style hunts. Thank you.

I would say no more or less than any other floorless shelter I've been in. I pull the sides out a bit with the guy lines and have never been dripped on. If you use a stove is clears up pretty quickly in the morning. You can also pitch it so there's a bit of air flow through it.

You can always leave the stove jack uncovered for ventilation, I had trouble in one spot and none in the other spot I pitched it. I think location is a big factor!

You can vent the top of the sawtooth by pulling the top zipper down and pulling the pull cords to spread it apart., it creates a good flow.

Thanks for the info! Figured it was similar but just wanted to make sure prior to pulling the trigger on one.
