I'm not sure how to explain this but it's been great in 50* temps and 20* temps so I'd call it a good warm and cold jacket.

Temps here in OK have been fluctuating from the 60's down to freezing the past couple of weeks. I've been wearing mine around town: kids to school, grocery store, errands etc. in the 50-60* temp range and it hasn't been too warm. Granted, I'm not exercising or anything but moving slowly around town. Never felt too warm unless I over exerted myself. Similarly, I've been doing stuff in the parka outside in the freezing temps and been super toasty warm and never felt cold at all. It blocked the wind amazingly well. The large 3/4 zip helps regulate temp well and I love the front kangaroo pocket. I'm not a hood guy so it came straight off and the kids play "helmet" with it.

I feel much better about the abrasion resistance of this puffy than any of the others I've owned. Feel like I can treat this like a reg jacket and not some weeny sensitive puffy.
