Kifaru pack fit/sizing opinion (pics)

Want to get some opinions/thoughts on my pack and fit/sizing. Seems to feel alright other than pulling on the front of my shoulders a bit. Pack has about 40-41 pounds in it of gear.

look like the load levelers could be just a touch steep, maybe move those down a notch and see if it feels better as far as pressure on front of shoulders? Obviously I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know but with a load in the pack there's bound to be some pressure on the shoulders
