Kifaru/MR compatibility

So, unless I missed, the big MR tent sale must be coming up here pretty soon and from what I hear, some pretty good deals can be had. I have a Kifaru duplex and grabit coming the end of may and will be getting a bag after my tax return gets here. I'm thinking the T2. My question is, are there any MR items that would work on my Kifaru that I should look for at the sale? Those that have a knowledge of both companies. Will the pockets and load cells that go on the molle webbing of the MR packs work with Kifaru? I'd rather go with Kifaru if all things are equal but if I can get the other for a song....

I run a crew cab bag that has been gutted on my duplex frame.

MR load sling. It sat so low on the CC it never got used. Great piece of gear on a Bikini frame. Buckles right to the 4 quick attack buckles I got with the frame.
