I'd like to buy a pack in typhoon. Mandrake and nomad are just slightly different looking than highlander which is the best of the 3 IMO anyways and Typhoon being dark and what not would be awesome for a non-dedicated hunting pack. Normally don't care if people know I'm hunting or not too much, but I'm also the kind of guy that really dislikes wearing camo in non-hunting settings. So Typhoon for me

This shows the Nomad, Mandrake, Highlander (with Highlander being my fav as its kinda a cross between nomad and mandrake to me atleast)

And this shows Typhoon being a horse of a different...check that, no color

For the Pacific NW the Mandrake is bad ass. For an everyday pack(spikecamp) around town the Typhon would be sweet.

I agree, It's good to see company's making more of a grey based pattern. Sooner or later it will click and hopefully we will see a pattern called Mule Deer

I think mandrake is too dark to be a viable pattern for most of Alaska might as well be black. a highcamp 4800 would be good for scouting or longer backpacking trips that don't require hauling huge loads and it wouldn't look so hunterish. I also wouldn't have a problem using it for hunting if need be.
