Kifaru grid fleece

Anyone going to pick this up/thoughts on it? Looks like a plain Jane grid fleece but it’s priced well and I like that it doesn’t have a hood.

I can't buy that. It doesn't have a clever name, and there is no marketing hype written about it. It's like they aren't even trying to convince me it is the best grid fleece in the world.

Dang, I didn’t know they made a grid fleece. I’m gonna have to pick one up. I’m addicted to fleece for both hunting/hiking and everyday wear. Thanks for feeding my addiction ha

If you want grid fleece, save $30 and get the Condor Base II grid fleece.

Yeah not at all. I would have been seriously impressed if they could pull off a USA made piece at that price

What do you think of the piece? You compare it to any of the other brand grid fleece?

Only thing I have any time with for comparison is a peloton 240. I would say the Kuiu is a bit warmer/more wind resistant. The grid fleece on the kifaru moves a lot of air around the grids in the fleece. I’m a large in most things and I’m between a med and large in the kifaru.
The nylon on the little chest pocket is very noisy when rubbed against anything.
It’s long in the body. I’m 6ft and the length nearly covers my butt
