How do these pockets attach? Think they would work on a MR belt?

if the MR belt has the PALS webbing, it should. With the kifaru you just tee off the 3 bar slider at the top or bottom of the webbing.

No I did not get those when I purchased the pack. Don't have any extras but I am adding some to an order I have with kufaru. Maybe I could drop some in the mail for you.
